Terms and Conditions
1. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
2. Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. Employees (and their families) of Aer Lingus and all 3rd party agencies connected to this contest are not eligible to enter.
4. The closing date for this competition is midnight on Monday 31 May 2010.
5. The prize is: A one week family holiday including direct return flights from Belfast to Tenerife or Lanzarote for two adults and two children plus one week's 3* accommodation.
6. Flight tickets will only be issued by e-mail. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition
7. Aer Lingus reserves the right to change its flight schedule at short notice and in such an event passengers will be advised via e-mail.
8. Aer Lingus is not responsible for transfers to/from airports.
9. All flights are subject to availability and it may be difficult to obtain first-choice flights during peak travel periods, including but not restricted to: holidays, mid-term breaks or sporting events.
10. Travel insurance is not included in this prize and, if not already covered, it is recommended that winner purchase insurance prior to travel. Travel insurance is available via the Aer Lingus website at www.aerlingus.com
11. Winner of prize will be notified via email by 12 June 2010.
12. Prize is not transferable. If for any reason the prize is unavailable Aer Lingus reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent value.
13. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
14. Aer Lingus reserves the right to change the rules or void the competition at any time.
15. In the event of a copy error (obvious or otherwise) which affects the competition in any way, Aer Lingus reserves the right to administer the competition as though the error had not occurred having informed the entrants, through the original media, of the original text.
16. If the winner of a competition is unable to take up a prize for any reason Aer Lingus reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.
17. If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made, Aer Lingus may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
18. Failure to comply with any of these rules will disqualify an entrant from taking part in the competition. Aer lingus reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion.
19. Aer Lingus's decision is final in all matters concerning this competition. It is a condition of entry to the competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules on any matter whatsoever arising out of or connected with the competition.
20. Accommodation will be provided by a third party and the winner will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with this provider. Aer Lingus will have no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons. It is expressly understood that the winner will be entering into a contract with such third parties separately.
21. Upon entering the competition all entrants are automatically signed up to the Aer Lingus Email Offers database, and all entrants will be deemed to have consented to such by accepting these Terms and Conditions. Each entrant will receive occasional emails about our flight offers and upon receipt of each email there will be an option to unsubscribe from the Aer Lingus email offers database.

23. The prize is not in conjunction with any other offers.
